CSCA 2017 Convention - Women's Caucus Reminders

Hello, Women’s Caucus Members!

I hope this finds you doing well. Can you believe that CSCA 2017 is coming so quickly?

I’m writing to let you know that hotel and registration information can be found on the CSCA website (http://csca-net.org/aws/CSCA/pt/sp/convention_reg). You will receive a discount on registration if you register by February 20th.

Below, you’ll find a list of the Women’s Caucus panels. During our business meeting (Saturday, 2-3:15pm), we’ll have a speaker from the outreach program Drs. Karla Mason Bergen and Jennifer Rome found called the Tubman Project (http://www.tubman.org/events/april-showers.html). Lastly, we talked at the 2016 business meeting about adding a Top Student Paper award. In order to do this, the members must have access to our bylaws ahead of time to review them. You can find our bylaws here: https://csca-net.org/aws/CSCA/asset_manager/get_file/78203?ver=7066. Please read over them so we can vote on whether or not to add this award to our caucus.
