Greetings fellow Undergraduate Educators and Administrators!  I hope this emails finds your Fall terms off to a great start. For all those in the ravages of Harvey, I send my heartfelt prayers and thoughts as you deal with the aftermath.  I am certain that I am not alone in wishing you all the best.  As we move through the fall season, the deadlines for submissions for CSCA 2018 in Milwaukee is approaching.  The theme of DIFFERENCE inspires us all to think about ways in which DIFFERENCE is present in our programs and on our campuses — or perhaps how we need to find some DIFFERENCE in the way we are doing things in our programs and on our campuses.  

 

The Undergraduate Educators and Administrators Section is a new section that you can select  that doesn’t impact the number of interest groups you choose.  You may select the section IN ADDITION to three interest groups.  Higher Ed is facing a number of challenges these days, and this is a great place to put forth some of those challenges and hold the discussions that we would like to have. COMMUNICATION is the ideal discipline for addressing many of the issues facing Higher Ed. Communication is also the ideal discipline for discussing the ideas surrounding DIFFERENCE as it relates to our culture and undergraduate programs.
