At the Health Comm meeting, we discussed changes to our bylaws. The bylaws have not been changed since 2013, and we proposed the following revisions: 1) use HCIG as an abbreviation for Health Communication Interest Group within the bylaws, 2) the officer nomination and voting will take place electronically, with new officers announced at the annual meeting, 3) the fund allocations have been modified to include information on the cash awards for top papers.
