CSCA 2022 Convention – Registration Now Open!
Dear CSCA friends,
Registration for the 2022 convention is now open! CLICK HERE to start your journey to Re-Connect at #CSCA22.
A few notes before you register:
For the 2022 convention, CSCA has developed convention safety protocols based on data-driven best practices for meetings and events. Read about them HERE.
- All convention attendees must either be fully vaccinated (at least two weeks out from your second dose of a two dose vaccine series or your single dose of a one dose vaccine series) or provide proof of a negative test dated no earlier than March 28, 2022. Following current CDC guidance, a booster is not required to be considered fully vaccinated. Prior to the convention, registrants will be emailed information about how to verify their vaccination or test result in a secure and HIPAA compliant way.
- Masks must be worn while inside the conference space (e.g., indoor common areas, session rooms, exhibit hall, etc.).
- Rapid antigen tests will be available in the registration area upon request with results in 15 minutes.
If you register by February 25th, you get the special “Early Bird” rate. The sooner we know how many supplies are needed and how much food to order, the more we can save as an organization. We are always happy to pass these savings along to members when we can. Remember, those who do not register online before the convention will have to pay an additional onsite fee with their registration, as well as the regular convention rate.
If you have not renewed your membership for 2022, you can easily do that when you register for the convention.
When you register you will also be asked to indicate which events you wish to attend. This year we have a Thursday night opening reception at the hotel as well as a Saturday night lecture and president’s party at the Madison Museum of Contemporary Art (MMoCA).
You can register for a hotel room at the Madison Concourse Hotel HERE.
A limited number of Governor's Club Level rooms are available. If you are interested in booking a Governor's Club Level room, please call the hotel at 1-800-356-8293 to reserve your room.
This hotel provides a complimentary airport shuttle to and from the Dane County Regional Airport.
If you have not followed us on social media (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram), now would be the time. We will be showcasing what you can look forward to when we Re-Connect at #CSCA22. The leaders of CSCA have been hard at work planning and organizing this year’s event. We are excited to see you there.
Looking forward to Re-Connecting with you in Madison!
