CSCA ... Health Communication IG Bylaws Review Request

Dear CSCA HCIG member, 

The board of the interest group recently made some changes to its bylaws. The changes include 1) adding the Social Media Coordinator positions as proposed at our last business meeting, and 2) language updates to reflect our proposed change to move voting online.  Here is the revised bylaws with all the changes highlighted in red.
