CSCA 2026 Hall of Fame Award Call for Nominations

The Central States Communication Association (CSCA) is seeking nominees for its 2026 Hall of Fame award.

The Hall of Fame recognizes long-standing members of the Central States Communication Association (CSCA) who have demonstrated a sustained and exemplary commitment to the discipline of communication. Inductees must have held CSCA membership for 25 years or more and have made significant contributions through meritorious scholarship, dedicated teaching and mentoring, active participation at CSCA conventions, and meaningful service to the association. Nominees must have demonstrated integrity, responsibility, and a commitment to the best interests of the association and the discipline. Those who have held elected or appointed positions within CSCA must have fulfilled all responsibilities outlined in their position descriptions with professionalism and accountability. Honorees receive a commemorative plaque to mark their induction.

In order to be nominated, the potential Hall of Fame recipient must be a current CSCA member and must have joined the association on or before 2001. To nominate an individual for the Hall of Fame, a packet must be submitted containing (1) a letter of nomination citing the nominee's accomplishments in light of the selection criteria, (2) a copy of the nominee's curriculum vitae, and (3) two additional letters of support. Nominations packets should be submitted as a single pdf document.

Nomination packets must be received no later than Friday, January 15, 2026 by 11:59 pm CST.
