As an organization that is committed to meeting all recordkeeping, reporting, and disclosure requirements so that we can maintain exempt status as a tax-exempt organization, I am happy to announce that we are early on filing our taxes for the IRS's September 15, 2023 deadline. Our CPA Wilson, Phillips & Agin, CPA's Inc. notified us that they electronically filed our Exempt federal income tax return for tax year 2022 on July 14, 2023.
